Chocolate Banana Shake

Makes One Serving
• 1 cup soy milk (plain or vanilla), or low fat milk
• 1 medium banana – quartered
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder stirred into a bit of milk and heated in the microwave til smooth

• 3 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
