Meditation for longevity

Grom Yogi Bhajan

Sit cross-legged on the floor with a straight back.

Raise your right arm so that it is in front of you at a 60 degree angle, move your left arm behind you so that it is also at a 60 degree angle pointing downwards.

Your eye focus will be looking down at your chin.

Position 1 for 3 minutes:
Point the index finger of each hand.

Position 2 for 3 minutes
Point the index finger and pinkie of each hand.

Position 3 for 3 minutes
Point the all the fingers of each hand.

To conclude, inhale deeply, hold the breath, and squeeze your whole body while stretching the spine upwards, then exhale, Repeat 2 more times, and relax.

Doing this every day for exactly 9 minutes, no more, is said to extend life considerably.
