Cleanse your apana with this asana.
Sit on your heels.
Bow to bring your forehead to the floor in front of your knees.
Place your hands by yor head and rest your elbows on the floor.
Bring your buttock up as high as you can.
Breath long and deep through the nose for 1 to 3 minutes, then relax.
